• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items in original packaging.
• Due to the nature of beauty products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
